Limited Warranty

StokeGrills stands behind what we make. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by state.

Warranty period begins on the date of original purchase by the end customer.

What's covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use under the warranty period. If a covered defect occurs, StokeGrills will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or component;
  • Replace it with an equivalent product or component; or
  • Refund the original purchase price.

Replacement parts and products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

What's not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, surface rust on grates, or cosmetic changes from heat and use.
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or use not in accordance with the product instructions.
  • Damage from use of non-approved fuels, accessories, or parts.
  • Consumables (charcoal, briquettes, pellets, and similar items).
  • Damage caused by commercial use — this warranty covers residential use only.
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers or proof-of-purchase.
  • Incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email support@stokegrills.com with your order number or proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photos showing the issue.
  2. Our support team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and may request additional information or photos.
  3. If approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund. We will provide return shipping instructions if the product needs to come back to us; we'll cover return shipping for approved warranty claims.

Keep your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase — it's required to process a warranty claim.

Limitations

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY STOKEGRILLS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE — ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL STOKEGRILLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
